Know Your Credit reporting Rights
Upon your written request, credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian & Trans Union) are required by law to disclose to you the following:
- All information in your credit file at that time;
- The Sources of the information;
- Identification of each person who obtained your credit report for employment purposes within the previous two years and for any other purpose within the previous year;
- A record of all inquiries received within the previous year that identified you in connection with a transaction that was not initiated by you
