Obtaining a Free Copy of Your Credit Report
You are entitled to a free copy of your credit report from Equifax, Experian and Trans Union (each) online once every 12 months.
Go to www.annualcreditreport.com and follow the prompts to request your free credit report from Equifax, Experian and Trans Union. It’s Easy. Be sure to print out the reports and save them on your computer.
Did you know you are also entitled to a free credit report within 60 days of any credit denial and that the credit denial notice will tell you which of the credit reporting agency reports was relied on in the denial.
