Credit Report Inaccuracies

If you notify a credit reporting agency (Equifax, Experian, Trans Union) of errors on your credit report, it is the law that they have to conduct an investigation. As part of that investigation, the credit reporting agency is required to go back to the furnisher of that information to find out if it is an error or not. If a credit reporting agency cannot verify whether or not the information you reported is an error or not, that information must be removed from your credit report. Contact Pine Street Legal for a free consultation if you need help getting inaccurate information off of your credit report. (215) 345-9214, nkanter@pinestreetlegal.com. pinestreetlegal.com
